The other week, I sat in front of my camera after following a prompt from my coach to “show up just as I am.” Since filming my personal alignment video, I’ve watched it at least a dozen times in awe: I captured what was missing from my online representation of the full, authentic life.
It is a place for me to nourish deep understanding, trust, and courage in myself. It is my longing to give others permission to live lives as bold as they desire. Coaching is a pathway to your life, waiting to be embraced with a completeness impossible without.
